NEONFALL
Every glowing peg on this board is one you put there. You drag each perk onto a peg by hand, and between drops you can pull it off and put it somewhere better - a bomb is worth nothing on the edge of the board and worth everything in the middle. The board is not a hand you were dealt; it is a thing you keep rebuilding.
Underneath that is pachinko. A ball falls through the pegs, and every peg it touches adds blue. The glowing pegs are perks, and most of them add red. When the ball finally leaves the board, blue is multiplied by red - so a drop that touched forty pegs and set off six perks is not forty points, it is forty times seven.
A run is nine levels. Each one ends in a shop selling three kinds of thing that stack in different directions: perks that go on pegs, ball shapes that change how a ball physically falls (a pebble slips through gaps, steel drops hard and straight, a cube refuses to roll), and modules that add a rule to one ball, like scoring every eighth hit or coming back for a second pass. Every third level twists a rule and hands you a permanent boon, and the ninth is the boss.
Forty-six perks, twenty ball shapes, twenty-five modules, ten boons, thirteen level rules drawn fresh each run, eight starter packs. Nothing is unlocked by grinding a currency: you open the next pack by reaching a higher grade. Every run pays stardust, win or lose, and stardust buys permanent upgrades.
Hold to aim, release to drop. Plays in the browser on desktop and phone, in English and Simplified Chinese.
